This contract provides for the replacement of obsolete signal equipment with updated signal controllers, interconnect equipment, optimized corridor timing plans, vehicle detection, and emergency vehicle priority systems at twenty-one intersections throughout the City of Pasco. Pedestrian facilities will be upgraded to meet current ADA accessibility guidelines. ADA upgrades include removing and/or replacing sidewalk ramps and crosswalk striping, installing new pedestrian heads and pushbuttons and other related improvements.

The work consists of cold milling of existing pavement, load, & haul to designated pit; excavation and repair of soft spots as directed by Public Works Dept. personnel; grading, shaping, & compacting existing base, saw cut and tack transitions to parking lots, drives, side streets, and termini; and placing HMA pavement, as specified herein. All work which will conform to applicable rules, regulations, and standards set forth in the 2018 Idaho Transportation Dept. Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and the Supplementary Specifications.

The City of Pullman, Washington is soliciting requests for proposals (RFPs) from qualified consultants to provide community outreach, planning, and design of improvements to construct various elements of the Downtown Master Plan. Initial scope elements will include preparation of detailed field surveys to determine exact right-of-way, street dimensions, and existing utilities and features, and subsequently prepare viable concepts and visioning graphics. The consultant will develop a list of anticipated project elements and preliminary costs, and consultant will present project elements and cost estimates for City Council approval prior to proceeding with detailed design. An emphasis will be on streetscape enhancement including existing and future public spaces. The consultant will be expected to work closely with the City staff, stakeholders, and elected officials during all phases of the project.
Range 26 Infrastructure NGBID-21-B-0015
State of Idaho Military Division
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to: Construction of multiple stationary and moving armor targets for Range 26 at the Orchard Combat training Center (OCTC), approximately 21 miles south of Boise, ID. The improvements include the construction of two 1,250 lineal feet moving armor targets (MAT) emplacement, which consists of 5’ tall concrete block wall, 40’ wide earthen berm and a 27’ wide gravel surface along the back side of the wall, and six stationary armor targets (SAT) emplacements, which consist of a 3’-6” tall block wall, a 10’ by 10’ concrete pad and a 40’ wide aggregate berm. Other improvements include the excavation of several rock knolls, construction of approximately 1,600 lineal feet of 12’ wide gravel road and the demo and replacement of a 16’ tall timber post range limit marker with solar power LED lights.

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) is to select a qualified consulting firm to develop plans and specifications for the construction of infrastructure of the Sub-Agency Mobile Home Park located near Plummer, Idaho, including site grading, utilities, drives, parking, landscaping, and all other necessary components of a functioning mobile home park (see attached concept site drawing C-1). The proposed design will include a geotechnical report, site survey, preliminary recommended design alternatives, and the production of a full PS&E package.
